Because I am so open to another's energies, being an empath it is called, and having so many different energies coming in and out of our home and premises, with sessions, workshops etc, I have to constantly make sure we, our home and places are smudged.

One day I was doing a counselling session. I felt something strange enter into my body...I actually felt it.

Chris and I rarely argue. for some reason we were at each others throats. I felt sad this was happening. My gut was not happy at all, sending me warning bells.

After Chris left for work the following morning, I sat down and asked spirit what was going on. I was told I was carrying a negative energy from my client. I was a sked to smudge both Chris and myself, and right through our home, wall to wall.

I was beyond thrilled to find things had returned to normal again when Chris arrived home that evening.

I remember being asked to do a house clearing for a lady who lived alone. I was beyond shocked to see her pictures bleeding, with bright red rivers of blood running down her walls, especially in her bedroom! I have written all about this in Messages of Love - my spiritual awakening.

I will add a cleansing prayer for you to use when you do your smudging. I cannot stress how important this ancient ritual is - for you, your family, friends and home...also your place of work.

Don't forget to also smudge your children, especially the new rainbow and diamond ones, who are so open to all that 'floats' out there!
