A Tree Hug.

Today I was feeling very unearthed. With everything that is going on around us, Mother Nature was calling me to ground myself with the energy of this tree.

As I wrapped my arms around its trunk, breathing deeply in and out, in and out, in and out, it didn’t take too long before I found my balance once again.

In gratitude and love eternally for the grounding and harmonious energy from this tree near our home. I must remember to do this more often.  xxx
