It's Not Your Age...

Now I have reached the senior years of my life, other than feeling my age physically, energetically I know my auric field is much clearer and more vibrant.

I have been so blessed to have a close-knit group of special friends. Together we have been through so much. We have cried together, danced together, worked together, laughed together and supported each other over the many years. We are growing older together. Yes, physically we are changing, however our lights are not dimming. In fact, I have noticed they are also shining brighter than ever.

My gatherings are usually filled with mature aged people. Once we gather as one, the energy between us is electric. When I gather children together, the energy is just as dynamic. Last year, I brought together a gathering for the younger set! Their energy was so off the chart, I was buzzing.

So, no matter what our age is, it is our energy that makes us beautiful, our energy that attracts attention, our energy that draws others to us, like the moth to the flame. It is our energy that lights up the pathway for others who may wish to become like us... Lightworkers and way showers.

Take some time each day to make sure your energy field is clear. It’s a bit like vacuuming our home. Our auric field also needs a good clean out on a regular basis from unwanted attachments, negative thoughts and feelings, illness, etc.

Sit quietly in a sacred place. Expand out your auric field as you fill your whole being with the rays of love and light. Breathe in. Breathe out. Visualise your whole being, your full auric field becoming cleansed, filled with the pink rays of love and light...fill it with self-kindness, forgiveness and compassion. Keep doing this until you can feel your aura radiating brilliantly with clarity and expansion.

Breathing in and out. In and out filling your aura with peace and love.

Always remember...it is not our age that makes us who we are, it’s our energy.
