Breakfast In A Glass

Breakfast for me is my most important meal of the day. I always try to make it substantial and nutricious.

30gms of cooked rolled quinoa.

stewed apple, blueberries, raspberries and any other fruits.

light ricotta sweetened with organic honey or maple syrup.

Mixed roasted seeds. Yum!
