My perfect Picnic.

Simplicity is the key to a tasty lunch! I love to eat this way... a bit of this, a bit of that.


I am a grazer...my digestive system doesn't like to be overloaded. Although I don't eat meat, it doesn't mean I have to miss out on this picnic lunch I packed for Chris and I.


While he had his different varieties of meats, I had cheese, olives, dried tomatoes, charred grilled red capsicum, stuffed vine leaves, chutney, wheat free bread, nuts, fruits and some cooked prawns! Yum!
