No Bake Muesli Slice
This slice is so easy, healthy and yummy. Made in no time at all!
1 cup rolled oats, rice or quinoa flakes.
1 cup puffed rice.
1 cup desiccated coconut.
1 cup dried cranberries.
1/4 cup sesame seeds.
1/4 cup mixed seeds.
1/2 cup organic honey.
1/2 cup coconut sugar.
1/2 cup nut butter of your choice.
125 gm melted butter.
Grease slice tin. Line in baking paper.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine sugar, honey, nut butter and butter in a saucepan, stiring until butter is melted and suger disolved.
Cool liquid and pour into dry mix.
Press into slice pan lined with baking paper and refrigerate until set.
Cut into desired shape.
