Kindness is not about wealth or how much money we have in the bank. It is all about how much we have in our hearts that counts. Kind deeds do not always cost money. It can be a hello that makes another’s day. A smile. It is helping the elderly carry their groceries or cross the road. Kindness is simple, not complicated. If it becomes complicated then this can bring in anger and frustrations, taking love out of the act.
My philosophy has always been around K.I.S.S... keep it simple sweetheart. This keeps love locked in and anger out!
